Bekannte Systeme im Überblick

- POS systems: Lightspeed (K-Series), orderbird, SumUp (POS and card terminals), allO, ready2order, Gastrofix, Vectron, and Gastronovi. Usually the POS is the core, and reservations, kiosk, online shop, or website are added as an add-on module or through partners.
- Reservations: resmio, OpenTable, aleno and Quandoo. These are separate systems with their own floor plan, which can be connected to the POS or run separately.
- Delivery platforms: Lieferando, Wolt and Uber Eats. They bring reach, but usually charge a commission per order.
What orderhero does differently

- Set up your menu: The setup wizard starts with a template for your type of business. If you like, AI suggests the allergens.
- Hardware: The POS runs on iPad, iPhone and Android. Your existing Epson and Star receipt printers can usually still be used.
- TSE and tax office: The TSE is integrated. orderhero prepares the POS registration with the tax office using a data sheet, see TSE and registration.
