Questions about pricing and contracts
How long can I try orderhero for free?
30 days, no payment details and with all features. You can choose your plan anytime, and the remaining trial days stay free. If you don't choose one, the trial ends automatically and you won't be charged.
How long is the contract term?
Cancel monthly. With a 12-month term you save 10 percent. If you rent a Stripe S710, a minimum term of 12 months applies to it.
Is orderhero suitable for the German cash register security regulation (Kassensicherungsverordnung)?
Every transaction is signed via a certified cloud TSE. For a tax audit there is the DSFinV-K export, and for accounting the DATEV export.
Do I need new hardware?
Usually not. orderhero runs on your existing iPhones, iPads and Android devices. You just need a receipt printer on the network and, for card payments, a terminal.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The POS and kiosk store orders locally and sync them as soon as the connection is back. No order gets lost.
Can I add modules later?
Anytime in the back office under Subscription and invoices. New features are unlocked immediately and the price is prorated.
Do you take commission on my sales?
No. You pay the monthly price, plus the payment provider's fees for card payments.
